The computer technician will be working in a friendly but fast paced environment that requires great communication, organization, strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, as well as to handle repair and troubleshooting projects on a case by case basis. Some retail sales may be required. Other Qualifications: The ideal candidate is experienced and comfortable troublshooting PC hardware issues, is able to build PCs, is comfortable troubleshooting all Windows operating systems and related proprietary software issues. Any certifications are a plus, especially A+ or Apple. Experience in printer repair (home & business) also a plus. Candidate must be comfortable talking with customers on the phone and in person, providing top notch customer service and support.
