If you have just purchased a piece of Apple hardware, you have 90 days of complimentary telephone support as well as a full year of hardware protection.  If you are interested in protecting your valuable investment farther, we also offer Apple's 3 year AppleCare protection plan.  After purchasing this package, you are entitled to three full years of telephone support as well as three years of coverage for your hardware, software, and the labor involved in the repairs.
